Description/Explaining: I was playing on the factions server and i sent 3 messages in a row and i was muted for 3 hours and that's ok no problem, then when i go to my base there is the mod that muted me close to it, i went to him and he started atacking me so i enemy him and killed him, he said that what i did is bannable, then i suddently die (full p4 full hp) then he teleports to the same spot, i go there againt to kill him and get my things back and i die suddently again ... And another thing he has a bitch claim close to my base wich is said in the rules that is illegal...About the proves i think the owner or an admin has the chat log so he can check what the ''mod'' said about being bannable killing him after he muted me, and a admin can check my base and check the bitch claim... My computer is not good enough , so i cant record anything.
