»[Factions] Glitching.

Since there is a glitching problem in factions server i tought to bring some suggestions to to prevent it from the start.

1. You are not allowed to spawn other animals in other claims(any kind of animal).
2. You are not allowed to epearl on obsidian
3. If you are inside a block you cannot sethome or epearl.

If someone know another way to glitch tell me and ill try to give a good suggestion to solve it.
