Insiding a faction is strictly prohibited and will result in a perm ban on all accounts linked to the insider. Claims will be given back to the faction and Base structure will be repaired, base structure also includes the missing spawners which were taken by the insider.

We do NOT return the spawners which the insider placed himself though. When a certain player leaves the faction and takes the spawners HE specifically placed, we will not consider it as insiding.

A player is also allowed to take his personal items and claims, this means he is in fact allowed to take his private base with him. A private home/personal claims are defined as claims in which bases were exclusively built by one person.

If someone else in the faction has a set home in these claims, it will be considered as the faction's property. It is the player’s responsibility to retrieve their items upon leaving the faction. If a player leaves a certain faction and decides to teleport people inside of the base, or uses his homes inside of the base to raid the faction, we will also consider this as insiding.

If anyone doesn't know what insiding is, it's when you join a faction, take everything and leave.

Kick and kill is kicking a faction member and killing him/her.
Reverse kick and kill is kicking a faction member and he/she hits you first and then you kill him/her.

To prevent insiding, make it so you can't leave a faction in their claim @aXed

Wow, things are sure getting complicated.

Seems like a real - life - war thing lol, rules and regulations laid down for killing each other.

Also, lets say, a faction member keeps stealing the belongings of his faction-mates.
    (Like, armor/potions)
But the stealing is done so secretly and on a small scale, it becomes hard for the faction-mates to tell who is the culprit.

So, is this 'not very harmful' stealing considered as a form of insiding or is it completely upto the Factions leader & moderators?

How about this, a player gets invited, places all his spawners and stuff in the base and gets kicked after he placed all his stuff. @aXed

aXed and me have actually talked about this case. And yes we do agree that that might indeed be unfair. We did come down to the conclusion that this would really cause way too many complications and issues for admins to deal with though, therefore we decided that we won't do anything against that.
