»[Faction] unable to redeem perks

Hello,
So after faction reset i was unable to redeem any of my rank perks. when i do /redeemperks, it tells me it was done already or tht i dont have a rank. i know kits and fly were disabled for the first few days, but many others i know had no problems redeeming their perks. If someone could look into this it would be very much appreciated.

I would recommend contacting aXed on TeamSpeak3 or by opening a sipport ticket.

Currently, just for giving everyone a fair start, the admins are disabling /reedeemperks. Why? For instance, perks like /fly is really OP, leading to how Legend + Donators got all the blaze spawners in the nether and find themselves a corner claim easily. These advantages are really unfair and they are disabled for a few days. Therefore, be patient and you will receive them just in a few days :3

They have disabled kits and flight, they did not disable /redeemperks as far as I know..
