The mod can't permban/ban. it's probably only G-admin/headadmin can them
(I know, i'm not reply on cases me aren't involved in. just fine.)

i'm not sure looks IP XXX.XX.XX.XX.XXX is fake. like XXX.XXX.XXX:XXXXX or XXX.XX.XX.XXX is real
