    Name of offender: Ivarsven123
    Name of offense: Glitching, Through door
    Server: Faction Originals
    Date and time: 5/24/2016, 6:05-6:13pm EST time.
    Evidence: I was afk then when I found myself burning with 2 hearts low, I looked at the door and there was Ivarsven123 glitching through the door, with an enderpearl in his hand. How convenient.... Please justify this, thank you.
