pause the video when he hits me at 0:17, and count the blocks, ull see 6-7 blocks between us which is impossible caus max is 3 .-.

Really? I have been on this server around 2-3years and this second time i got reported for hacks. I never been banned for hacks, and good luck banning me this isnt great video first you should do about your 'fov' its looks a like im far.

 

My fov is only 80, just count the blocks uv never pvped lile this and u werent even comboing me
But knowing the admins they will say its not enough evidence or i was lagging which i wasnt, like they did on my noxus123 report which was obvious as fck

From the evidence you provided again, your field of view is very disorientating. You can't really see if its reach or not because of such a wide angle you play at. Plus it can also be ping, whoever has the better connection to the server will be able to gain a little advantage of how the fight plays out. Even though you might have seen it not being able to hit him, on his screen you he probably was already in front of you with list you saw him so far away. Therefore its not sufficient evidence of him having any hacks just because he was able to combo you so well. I'll tag @AsyFrost to further confirm if its right or wrong.
