Why only report the donators and staff? Why not the other players who broke the "spam" and "caps" rule?

 

There were at least 4/5 staff members online including Xph who is a server manager. You don't need to make a report like this, @xph11 was having fun and players who were cursing/spamming/flooding were already warned in game to calm down. Requesting that this is locked.
