    Hi, I'm trying to contact everybody but no one responds to me. I've lost my all Exp and trophies but no one deal with it.I'm unfortunately sorry about making this post because staff only say IDK IDK IDK
    Just give my 13k Exp / 800 trophies it's not that hard but I'm trying to get it for 2 days
    (I 've tried on discord too )

    Well,

    I obviously posted an update in the channel which you didn't read (obviously, since you pinged Nicky when I said not to.) However, since we have a newly promoted temporary Head-Admin, there's a backlog of xp requests and yours is at the very bottom as we work from oldest-newest.

    Carve has looked into your request and needs you to show minecraft logs showing your stats before they were reset. Please either dm myself (Jayy#6664) or CarveKing (CarveKing#7819) with the requested information or you could create another thread in the Help related section with the screenshots we need.
