To report a player with combat hacks or any advantage over other players, we need video evidence to be sure about what we going to do with the player, visible evidence where there shows what the player is doing. About the screenshots of your evidence isn't the correct, this is mainly for chat reports. Next time try to record, this can provide us more relevant evidence.
