@swagy Pleaseeeeee be patient... Staff are very busy, they have to moderate in-game and on forums, also need to manage other things like new plugins and stuff, beta testing... Please allow time if you created a new support ticket because as @MonsterStorm said, you aren't the only one who needs help c:
