My perspective:
Moderators: doing well, keeping the chat clean. However, some of them really lack their attention to the chat sometimes and mute players unfairly.

Admins: doing well. However, since the server don't have quite enough + they are not active all the time, servers are filled with hackers as autoban does not always 100% work... Although I think 80% it works :/ (like I said, my perspective, I saw hackers getting autobanned cuz they hacked. )

Head-Admins: Errr, doing well? Except 1 fact is that they are not 100% active. If they are, they should have replied to all the staff application within 10 days or so.

Owner: Axed, you are busy? I don't think so, please pay more attention to the server. I respect you but I dislike how inactive you are when it comes to forum, where all these amazing suggestions safe written yet no replies has been given.

 

I can list you 100 reasons why I think 99% of the staff is not fulfilling their agreement to being staff but i choose not too as it is a waste of time, Just know I voted NO.

 

You have a problem with staff ? :] You should try to be 1.

 

Actually i submitted a request to be mod because i really think i can help out the community, but guess what. I dont think its getting replied to anytime soon been 4 days allready PL0X

So why do you critize staff (or make polls about them) if you don't wanna become one? It's like saying: I want a nice garden, but I don't wanna work for it.

seriously stop making posts like this.did you try to be a staff who is working 100% of the time fixing bugs checking reports banning hackers and bug abusers do you even know that after the EULA the money that getting to guildcraft is so low due to that there are some servers down the admins are attempting to make the server "Great" try to be one of the staff members okay so you see how the server is

Let's say the garden is the server
Staff are people who voluteeer to help it
Players are the ones who live in it

One day a bug comes across the garden, eating the plants
Players say: "can you kill that bug over there"
Staff: *no replies*

Goes the same with the server.

Moderators: In that case, if it becomes real serious and the moderator ignores or never, and I when I said never I mean it, pays attention to the chat, then you're welcome to report the specific mod and the head-admin will decide whether to warn him or demote him.

Admins: Sorry we cannot force our admins to be online 24/7 they have life, exams, family, school, things and people to take care of, just like you do. So we cannot be always active, especially at this time when all admins have exams since it's the end of the year and some admins go on vacation because why not. We do try to be active all the time but when it comes to real life, that would come first. It's not really easy to promote Admins since not everyone fit for it and some can even abuse it. In case you see an admin who is really inactive ( Inactive means 1 week to 1 month ), then you can contact his head-admin and let him know that although the head-admin himself always checks his staff's activity.

Head-Admins: We have a really hard time with Head-Admins right now, if you didn't notice lots of Head-Admin have quitted, the ones who are left are still active, one of them went on a vacation and the rest supposed to still be active and I see all of them everyday so it is not a problem. Head-Admins have life too and you cannot force them to always be there, that's a fact that you cannot change.

Owner: Sorry? aXed is not active? that's funny, because I see aXed everyday ingame, forums and teamspeak working on private stuff especially for the server. aXed is online more than his staff 24/7 and he's always here to help. He might not be online on the forums always because he is busy making the future servers and updates + fixing bugs along the way. He pays more attention more than you think.

If this thread will be recreated or any threads that would be similar to this, the thread will be removed from public view and the player will be warned, and banned if needed.
