»DiscoDuck for Creative Head-Admin

With the recent turn of events that occurred within the Creative Staff team, some new opportunities have opened up for people, namely for DiscoDuck. Of these opportunities, there is only one he is determined to obtain- being promoted to Head-Admin. This position is his career goal here on GuildCraft, and he is well qualified to serve the entire gaming community with integrity and responsibility.

If you do not know him already, DiscoDuck is a proud, well-experienced Admin on Creative who has always followed the footsteps of his mentor, KinqCake, a Head-Admin himself. While following KinqCake, DiscoDuck has learned what it really takes to be a Head-Admin. The skills that he acquired include being considerably experienced with the PlotsSquared plugin, which is used throughout the server, and being cooperative with other players. What sets him apart from other Creative staff members is that he is always active and friendly with all players. He is always there for his server when it needs him most, like when Creative rolled back recently, and he had to rewrite all the information signs near spawn. Whenever a player is disobeying server rules and/or needs help in-game, DiscoDuck is courteous and happy to do his part immediately in either dealing justice for unruly players or assisting others. These are characteristics that any Head-Admin needs, and DiscoDuck has filled the entire qualifications.

On a more personal level, DiscoDuck is known to be hardworking, charismatic, organized, and dedicated to what he loves most. Over the course of his career as Admin, he has blossomed not only in his popularity but also in his personality. Although quiet at first, once you get to know him well, he begins to grow on you, and eventually, you’ll find yourself improving as a person in general. From this, it can be said that he brings out the best in people and always puts other people’s lives in front of his. Alongside his selflessness, DiscoDuck is aware of his surroundings and knows what is ideal for GuildCraft. He knows that the server is in need for a deserving, qualified Creative Head-Admin, and he attempts to the best of his ability to serve GuildCraft in the optimum manner possible. DiscoDuck is no drama-maker and gets straight down to business when it comes to dealing with issues within the server. These issues are dealt with diligently and reasonably by DiscoDuck, and he does not hesitate to respond with consideration and compassion. Through observed conversations between DiscoDuck and other players, he communicates with respect and while having an underlying sense of authority, as any Admin should have. With these personality traits, DiscoDuck is sure to please many as the new Creative Head-Admin.

The drama that persists through the Creative Staff can only be stopped with a complete clean-up and reorganization of the staff members there. As an outsider of previous conflicts, DiscoDuck will serve as a new leader in bringing Creative to a bright future. Other than arguing with other people online, he will strive to make the server better for the Staff and the many players who wish for a firm role-model and administrator to look up to. Any Admin should have the ability to inspire others to strive for success, just like how Kinqcake inspired DiscoDuck to apply as a staff member from the very beginning. With DiscoDuck's ascendancy to Creative Head-Admin, he will surely encourage other qualified players to join the staff, and together, they could improve the overall function and enjoyment of the server. After all, it is just part of a game, and it is meant to bring happiness and freedom to everyone. It is time to break away from past norms and allow new bright shining faces to guide GuildCraft towards the right direction.

To conclude, DiscoDuck is the top choice as the next Creative Head-Admin. By the skills he has obtained as Admin throughout the past several months, it is time for him to put is abilities into a higher purpose. On a lighter note, DiscoDuck is a down to earth kind of guy, who knows what is best not only for the server, but also for other players. He knows how to have a good time and is always approachable towards everyone. Like stated earlier, he isn't a drama-maker and tries to keep as far away from it as possible. This is the perfect opportunity for him, but it is only available for so long. Now is DiscoDuck's chance.

TL ; DR but as I know diskoduck, he deserves it . he helped me a lot even though i played creative for a veryy short time, soo yeah he^s so friendly and determined for headadmin. Supportin' ya @DiscoDuck

 

Would love to see him as head admin, I think he is ready and experienced for the job, he can follow in kinqcakes foot steps

Sorry, these matters aren't community chosen, a poll on where multiple staff members are displayed will give a more accurate thought of who might be a good option to choose from. I'm not saying he wouldn't be an option just to exclude other possibilities isn't something we would like.

It's a kind thing to nominate him, however we look at many different aspects for a Head-Admin.
