    Use the correct format next time please...Monu even though what he said is very offensive and unacceptable, he didn't say it in public, therefore can't really take much action on him, but you can do /ignore <Player> anytime someone offends you, and btw don't repeat inappropriate stuff in public chat... you would be doing ur self more harm than good ;)
