    Well, we cannot take his word that he has Killaura, this can only be visible if he was on a PvP subserver. I know Creative has PvP enabled, though the server itself is on the terms of 'Peaceful' - making it hard to PvP.

    About him building fast, the picture shows that he is probably building in a straight line using the same block - this would be a quick action to do.

    Though, if you had video evidence, it may have helped.
