Description/Explaining: He seemed quite happy to show off, but displayed walking on water, rapid block placing, possibly cloning of items in the hands of others, and aquisition of a rather chaotic looking splash potion.

Thanks for reporting, he has been dealt with accordingly by myself, Xephanez. Making 'OP-Potions' is classed as 'Bug Abuse' on Creative so we permanently ban those who make or use them.
