»[Creative] Cannot Recover Plot :(

Oh, woe is me! I have followed the instructions to recover my old creative plot but alas, it is of no use. I do the /plot schematic command and twenty minutes later the plot is still unchanged! So I retry the command, and it doth say that "thy task is already running". Wherefore is my plot not recovering? Many a fortnight was spent in the construction of my plot, and now, 'tis stranded.
