»Claimblocks in survival and about voting

heyy guys, as you probably know recently the UELA shut down the ability to get the stuff like claimblocks when we vote. since then we need to get our stuff from votecrates. only those chances are quite low, and on top of that people dont see the point of voting like before. so even with 50 votes for an voteparty, I and probably other people on the server got this voteparty maybe once a day. and sometimes there isn't even an voteparty just because people (maybe) already have voted or are just not in the mood to do this. so my suggestion would be something like give them something in return. (not as before because that would not be UELA friendly) and at this point in dont known what there can be given while we still comply with the UELA. but something new in the votecrates would be great (like a rare chance on a new item) just something to stimulate the players. and i at the moment I only play survival. i dont know if other gamemodes like semi have the same problem. but i you read this and think 'Heyy i know something better than your idea' let me know down below in the comments. and i really hope there can be made some changes.
