How can I buy cb and where to sell items?

 

I'm assuming you're referring to prison, therefore here's how to do the stuff you've asked for.

To buy a cb you need to do either /warp cb1. /warp cb2. /warp cb3. or /warp plot and you'll see the following....

Then you need to look for an unclaimed cell and click on the wood sign above it and its self explanatory from there. Now to sell your items, assuming you're rank A you would do /warp a and you should see something like this...

Basically you click that blue sign and you can sell all your items from that mine. Although you can also sell your blocks at player shops, but it'll be harder for you right now, since you're just starting.
