»cant get on skyblock

every time i try to get on skblock i end up in a lobby with no commands or chat allowed

 

Maybe you are banned..talk to some staff..

Try connecting to the server later. There's a chance that the server you're trying to connect to is down at the moment; therefore all you need to do is wait for it to come back on and then you can play again

everytime i do "/help" it says i dont have permission for that command

 

You are not banned, you may have not been able to connect because of the reset. Try connecting again.
