Well i wanna know if you can get spawners or it has a small chance to get it after breaking it.(i accidentaly placed it wrong).

 

You can get them with SilkTouch picx..just if you placed them...If you wanna break spawners from nether you wont get them..but spawners that you placed you can get with SilkTouch picx...If you see me in-game msg me if you need SilkTouch picx

My name in skyblock is LolbitkillerF because i was testing something dump with accounts but for the nether spawners you mean those spawners that are close to your island in to nether
