»Can i take an ign thats already taken but not active?

I want this ign but when i logged in expecting a register command, instead it said the login command so it is already taken. Is it possible to take the ign by contacting staffs? Just to make it mine? If so if theres any charges i would gladly pay

 

This is not possible, as the actual owner of the name could come on one day and he would be surprised about this action then, but you could add a number to your name to keep it still good!
