Bob the back doesn't show when I put it in resource pack folder

 

Sorry? If you're wondering where to place the resource pack, here: press the Windows key and 'R' at the same time. Type in %appdata% and go into your .minecraft file and find your way to the resourcepacks folder. Finally, just drop the pack right in.

Hmm... That shouldn't be right. Even on a mid-low PC, 50-60 FPS should be achieved quite easily.

Welp, at least there's some difference. Have you messed around with Minecraft settings and Optifine to see if it will make a change in FPS?
