»aXed unclaimed my spawn plot

I logged on to survival yesterday and found that my spawn plot was unclaimed and owned by Serverpact. Although it was half a plot and Serverpact owned the other half i was told by several admins when i got it that having half a spawn plot was not going to be a problem. I am a active player and i don't feel like it is fair by any means that my spawn plot get unclaimed just because aXed was asked too as i was informed by a admin that was online the day after it was unclaimed. please help me get this fixed. (sorry if this is not in the proper format but i didn't see anything about format for this kind of stuff)

 

I would also like to add that i have been playing for a long time on this server and have donated since before EULA

 

You was no longer using ur spawn plot for months.
And aXed would have no 2 players at 1 plot.

So he deciced to unclaim the plot.
