I know I am not to supposed to comment on things that I am not involved in but this guy is totally obvious. If the player is already banned Requesting Lock. @Elphios @parle

 

He needs to acctualy fire an arrow so we can see if its no-slowdown or just a packet loss that makes him look like hes runing with the bow drawn back.
