»Anti Pay2Win Suggestion

I think that this server is very pay2win like.
If a player got banned, he should be banned forever. But if this person is rich he will never got banned because he can buy unbans.
If a player is rich, he can buy titan and have access, for example, to /kit titan everyday in semivanilla and pick p4 and very great tools. And after buying the titan rank he will receive 250 diamond blocks instantly and 8000 claimblocks.
If a player isnt rich or what is more common:doesnt have parents perm to buy something in internet for 350 (three hundred and fifty) euros, he has to enchant it all, get xp, mine diamonds, which takes MANY days for getting an titan kit. What about the 250 diamonds blocks? And the claimblocks? People usually takes months for voting 8000 cb.
Isnt that a kind of cheat?
I think that op kits should be removed from ranked users, just like the instant CRAZY rewards.
And buying bans should be removed too.
What do u think guys?

I will agree on the part about not being able to buy an unban, you shouldn't just be able to buy yourself out of a punishment.

As for removing the Op kits and CRAZY rewards, I would highly disagree with that. Not only cause I'm one of the people that has donated 350 Euros to get a Titan rank, but also, if there are no good benefits to donating such a large amount of money, then there won't be as much people donating. The life of this server depends on donations. It may seem unfair and cheating, but I don't see many people donating alot money to get nothing in return.

I agree also on the part of not being able to buy an unban/ maybe make a system where one can buy an unban once and then never again. Now with the unfairness of a rank.. I understand you see it as unfair/cheat. But its really not.. Its not because i'm a titan that i automatically kill everyone in pvp or become first /bal ranks. I think its fair enough we get these perks and items because we invested in the server. I think GC handles the unfairness very well. If a person abuses this it has nothing to do with unfairness it lies with the person itself and is mostly against the rules/agreements.

 

You know donations are what keeps the server alive right? Would you want Guildcraft to close due to the lack of donations? I don't think so!

cause if you donate to the server it gives u things as advantages

You get what you give and for giving 350 euros you should get something that's worth the money, its fair. Without the donations there is no income for the owner and so there is no reason to keep the server alive, this is called business.

 

I think that "pay to get unabanned" part should be changed but not the rank part. As cats said, its not easy to maintain such a big server without donations.

 

I totally agree with you about the unbans. It's corrupt imo, people get banned for hacking and a day later you see them playing again + the ban got erased. Total bs, but yeah, who am I.
