Pros​

• Help Out Friends/New People From The Server​
• When You Give Someone Xp You Will Gain 1 Lvl For Enchantments. (To Get Lvls You Have To Donate More Than 500 Xp To Not Abuse And Get Lvl 30 Ez)(You Have To Donate Ingame To Get Lvls)​
• You Can Add Another Section In Stats On Forums That Sais "Most Xp Donated" To See Who Donated The Most Xp​

Cons​

• You Can Only Donate Once Every 2 Days (This Is Optional Its Up To You Tell Me If You Want It Or Not Down Below)​

Commands​

• /Donate Xp(Player Name)
• /Check Xp(Player Name)

Goods:
Nice players can donate new players
They can easily move their XP to their new account if they ever get one (like premium)
Bad: Players get alts and abuse it by afk, and use this to move all their XP to their main account
If there's a way to improve the bad things, it's a great idea

Omgitslogic I love the idea but I think you can remove When You Give Someone Xp You Will Gain 1 Lvl For Enchantments, as we can just donate ingame and sometimes we are donating just because we want to help but not for that 1 level of xp But it is still an amazing idea

 

Getting xp for donating can be a bit of abuse

You can improve it by making the minimum amount of xp you can donate is 10k or more so being afk will kinda be useless
