Admin, please make scout can leap on water because peoples who have scout is bored with old scout. So i suggest you make new scout kit that can leap on water [Similar With Shotbow]

Scout may be able to use grapple on water, the speed of which must be slower than Squid, since Squid mainly for blinding enemies and Walking underwater. Scout should also have additional 3-second-cooldown everytime using the Grapple underwater

 

+1 although I do not think most staff will agree because of

1. "There is Squid"
2. "No too OP, I dislike this idea"
3. "Scout will be a huge disadvantage to other kits"

 

+1 but REALY slow with like 5 seconds cooldown
