Tell me what's your reason to said this kit is too OP

 

Assassin its not enough for farmer or attacker,and if u r in bad condition like 4 enemies or more is chasing u and u are full diamond set and u just have 4 heart left u can use it to slowdown them to kill u and u can run from them. If u are an assassin,hacker like tracer/player esp can kill u easily

 

I rate it 8/8 m8 xD

mining fatigue 3 + slowness 2 for defender? you can kill them easily even though they are full iron
mining fatigue 3 lands hit every 3 secs i think and haste= stone pick same as iron pick eff 1

fyi mining fatigue/haste doesnt affect the speed of hittings. It just looks like its hitting faster,slower.

 

This Kit have long cooldown for pvp,so u can't use that ability for pvp everytime bruuuh
