Since staff are mostly offline and people need them maybe if someone like mostly of 1/3 people in server vote to kick a hacker/spammer/bullier/swearing kid/dumb kid there would be less accusing in annihilation cuz staffs are for me lazy unless they want to prove it im wrong by muting a player that kept making fun of me with stupid bullies and swearings.

-11111 Ignorance helps than this thing. It can also be abused. Plus Vote Kick System works on Short Custom Gameplay Lobby System. Where you make a lobby to start a game, and Kick players you don't want to play in. If you select all of the word on top, there is a hidden message :3
just ignore some1 is he does that to you . if they add this ppl will abuse it if some1 was farming them , they will vote kick and rip farm it will get abused and im sure of that and there's also for some ppl that rage like u just go "options - chat settings - Chat Hidden "

nope, this can be abused very badly. If someone is breaking the rules, just report them on the forums with the required proof(screenshots or videos whicher the case may be) and we will tale care it.
