»[ANNI] Thor suggestion

So, besides Thor striking more than one enemy when ability is used, (Which I want to see that happen) I feel like there should be something else, so it could be unique.

It should have the potential to strike the person who killed you when you die or in the area you die. It would have a 30% chance for lightning to strike during the day, and go up to 50% during the night.

TLR/Example

I'm using Thor and I get killed by someone. Then there is a 30% chance that lightning will strike in the area I died, killing the person who killed me due to them having low health . Or if I get sniped by someone, there would be a chance of lightning striking them, dealing the amout of hearts Thor does.
