    I think their should be a Team Leader in each team so that it would make the game more fun and exciting hehe. I only suggested this so that the Leader will have authority to formulate a plan as a team, since I notice that most players lose the game because they are not working as a one team. It would also motivate players to work hard enough so that they could be also voted as a Team Leader/Captain, and improve their reputations if they do their roles successfully.

    How does Team Leaders work?
    A Team Leader is considered as the representative of their teams, in other words they are the "Ace or Trump Card" of that team. Each team gets to vote a player who joined in each team to make them a leader to their team. They must trust that player to lead and represent them in battle, also those who voted needs to know the capability and skills of that player in terms of Pvp or Rushing so that they could have a higher chance of winning.

    Team leaders must be protected at times because if they get killed, the enemy team will gain extra Anni xp and 1 extra life for their nexus. Team Leaders/Captain also need to execute commands perfectly for a better teamwork and to keep your team and teammates alive and away from danger, they must be effective in informing plans to their teammates to win the game more easily. Another is, all players must follow their Leader's commands (but not strictly, they can disobey if they think the commands of the leader is wrong or if the leader is just trolling around).

    Rules of voting a Team Leader:
    1.) The player with most votes will be declared as the leader of that team.
    2.) Players can't vote themselves, it just shows they lack "faith" in their teammates thus not promoting the term of "teamwork".
    3.) If all players did not vote in their team, then the player with current most highest Anni xp will automatically be declared as Team Leader, it just shows how much experience they have with the amount of their Anni xp.
    4.) Those who is voted as the Team Captain must have "Responsibility", not just some player who trolls around.

    5.) Must be a player with high-experience playing the game for a more higher chance of winning.

    Advantages of being Team Leader:
    Declared team leaders will have the following added attributes in their abilities:
    • 2 Nexus damage at start of the game then will be 3 Nexus damage at Phase 5 (if 2 damage doubles to 4 it would be too OP)
    • As a leader you can use console commands to order your teammates or just warn them of possible dangers which is in colored (base on the color of your team) bolded text that appear in your team's chat like: (this advantage is only used to inform your teammates not control them, it means they can disobey the order if they wanted it)
    [Leader] Rikku17, commanded an order of retreat (If it gets dangerous in Mid or outside the team's base).
    [Leader] Rikku17, commanded to defend the nexus (If your nexus is getting damage you should use this command to inform all you teammates).
    [Leader] Rikku17, commanded everyone to attack >Targeted Team< (This is the way to execute a plan fast and to coordinate you team to which team to attack).
    [Leader] Rikku17, commanded to rush the >Targeted Team< nexus. (Another way to execute plans faster).
    [Leader] Rikku17, commanded to stop destroying the enemy team's nexus (Only to be used when your team is farming, so that your team won't end the farming).

    Using this command would make your teammates to notice your orders more easily because it is written in colored-bolded words, since I notice that some players don't read the chat and do things on their own without knowing the plan of their teammates.
    • (Optional) a new special ability will be added to the chosen team leader, called Rally, an ability that gives nearby teammates within 5 blocks 10 second Strength I and 10 second Speed I with a cooldown of 30 seconds to use the ability again (I need some of your opinions if this special skill is too OP).
    Disadvantages of being Team Leader:
    • If they are killed by an enemy player, the enemy player would receive 10 Anni xp instead of 3 Anni xp.
    • Killing the enemy team leader also yields a plus 1 life for your team's nexus (so be sure to hunt the enemy team leader).
    Note:
    If your Leader left the game while it's not finished, the current player in your team with the currently has most kills in that game (not the current server stats) will be chosen as the new leader.

    Feel free to post your opinions if this would ruin the game's balance or if I should remove or change some of the Advantages or Disadvantages. <3

    Remove the "If not every player votes from the team,the leader will be the leader with the most xp" I mean it would be unfair cuz some people have all kitz :c

    well amazing idea original but:
    -if the leader leave
    -u should add that if the leader isnt doing good job- trolling and more u can add /unleader like need 10 votes to unleader him and make the secobd most votes
    -just make a random player leadwr if no1 choose
    -and the leader table should be under the map votes

    I dont think a teamleader should have positive buffs, but rather colored text so he / she can provide coordination in a team to make the team more effective.

    WTF are you crazy?! imagine me farming the leader AND I have X8... freaking 80 XP per kill... are you mad?! it doesn't matter if the enemy leader is a pro or a noob, i got stupidly OP ways to farm the leader, which will make annihilation broken for me XD.
    And again... I can farm the leader and get my nexus up to 85 health? xD.

    Its better that way because you can expect many things in that player, he/she could be right leader to win the game for your team ^-^
    But if choosing the next leader will be randomized, then it might chose a leader who would be killed again and again until the enemy team will have gained a lot of life in their nexus, so I think it should be okay to automatically make the leader a player who's good at PvP.
    Good idea, I'll add it in the advantages and remove the positive buffs hehe.
    Then maybe I should reduce the extra Anni xp to make things fair, although it's rare for someone to have 8x booster. XD

    I'll edit the suggestions based on the these opinions. <3

    Nice idea but there could be stuff removed such as +1 nexus health on team leader kills though its a representative and would be strong but still too op

    this is a very interesting idea, it will help promote teamwork in the game which is much needed due to the fact that teamwork barley exists in annihilation at the moment. +1

    same as CS: Zombie mode thing
    and i dont think players have team work or cooperation, since the server is "cracked"
    most of them are trolls, and some are innocent

    You can disobey of course but then it feels like ur not independent while playing its annihilation so we work in groups, groups of rushers, farmers, trollers, killers, raiders i wouldnt prefer a team leader -1
