Lol those kits are the base of annihilation lel, even if names are the same from shotbow, they also have differences in their own way. I agree with you that GC needs more water related kits, but you should come up with original ideas, think a different kit better than Shotbow's Iceman...

I like your ideas, your idea of Iceman was very nice. Actually, now that I think of it, a solution for this problem, is to change the title of the kit from Iceman to Snowman or related. +.69
