and I don't think there is such rule

 

Actually there is a rule against arguing with staff and you did because you told us to unmute your friend

 

not arguing, its just a favour

 

You were muted because you accused a player in chat, and also asked for your friend to be unmuted. This mute seems correct, and if you want to create a mute appeal you can.
