Make it Slowness 3, at least he will have a chance to tun away..

 

Too op in my opinion, I can kill full enchanted diamond armor with this kit.

hey,

I like the idea of slowness, slow/stun someone, but I don't think it should be so long, and onhit, I think that you shoud shoot something ( the scorpio idea) and then slow or a short stun, it can help you chase your target or win a 1 vs 1
