Ridiculous. I made a suggestion because i feel due to this single kit the game is lacking of fun (from MY POINT OF VIEW). I just played 2 games of anni again to look if I can use your tactics and guess what: I died both times because of swappers. Maybe there is a giant arrow saying "Sharpness 5 right here" above me, i dont know.

Of course nobody likes it, because you CANNOT AVOID IT. Your opponent is a squid? Dont go near the water. Your opponent is an archer? Avoid his firing line, if he hits you its not that crucial though. You cannot tell whether the person youre seeing is a swapper or not, and if youre swapped youre f*cked. And as you already said, nobody likes it. Its frustrating because you are helpless and lose your progress. So i ask you: Why does it have to be a part of the game?

Yes, thats why i just got swap-trapped like 15 minutes ago in beta. Has to be magic...

Maybe u didn't know its a TEAM GAME go communicate don't go alone u die!
without teamwork u won't win.

-> Someone surprises you in redstone/emerald mine -> You're 99% dead

solution: look at ur suroundings while mining don't mine like a fucktard.

-> 2 or more persons from other teams cross your way and you have no kit that speeds you up -> dead

solution: why are you going alone ask team mates with u who want to do the same thing.


-> You can do what you want but everything you enchant gets Unbreaking and Blast Protection -> not
even a chance in late game

solution: their are muliple ways on how to enchant try to switch gear around before enchanting one thing.


-> you need to manage 3 opposing teams in mid in order to get diamonds, which is difficult enough
without swap-traps

solution: Maybe if u have a team and u don't go all yolo but take ur time u won't die and maybe get even some kills.

allround awnser: u need to learn more about anni and stop complaining cuzz your points just show how less u know about a team game.

Lmao my swapper broke yesterday idk why

 

A team game, where you cant put your furnace anywhere because in 3 seconds someone out of your team empties it, where people on purpose destroy crafting tables while you are crafting in order to get your stuff, where people build themselves in in all the mines so they can farm alone, where people hit their own mates in mid so they can grab the diamond...

All stuff happening not once in 100 games, i see it regularly. And you are 100% right, its a team-game. But seriously, how many people actually think about their team? And communicating is quite difficult when 50% of the people barely speak english, many people dont even bother about farming, just running to other bases and die, and the few people that know how to properly play the game do concentrate on their own profit.

Im not saying everyone behaves like that, im just saying many people dont even think about playing properly as a team, which makes that kinda difficult.

But you guys seem to react allergic to the suggestion to remove your favorite kit, so lets stay with that.

 

Plss dont remove it gc would be in a disaster plus game has no thrill guys so plss dont nerf swapper.

 

Sadly "they" won't let you pull out the grapple to ground to get out though...
Oh and only jumper?
That is really not good though at least 3 that can counter swapper at least...

 

I think this is getting out of hand.

First:
You kept on making up excuse everytime we debate.

Second:
Your reason to delete swapper is vague, because swapper is part of the game. If you do not like to quit just because of swapper, I'd suggest you better train your PvP because there are so many different ways to counter it. *cough* *cough* you can counter with transporter, jumper, lumberjack, digging down, breaking the trap, swapping the swapper back and etc.

Third:
Don't think this kit is going to be removed, your debate isn't gonna work I believe, swapper is a part of the game, just deal with it.

Fourth:
If you aren't happy about the game, just leave.

Fifth:
If you got swapped in your nexus, ask your team to save you, its a team game.
If you got swapped while farming, find a way to escape it FAST, you should be OP enough to escape it.
If you fear void swap, use acrobat and leap your way up again.

And stop trying to get people to side with you if they don't want to, everyone should freely vote.

 

You probably tell the same thing to politicians. I dont feel like you understood what an argument is about.

I am still 100% with you, there are ways to escape swappers or swap-traps. I just feel like there are (in comparison to other kits) waaaay to many ways a swapper can offensive- and defensive-wise help his team, while people cant even evade it. I feel like it just takes away all the positioning that is required in this game: isolating enemies in the mid so you can take them out with multiple persons is difficult because people move as teams or couples usually - but swapper just takes the cake and makes it easy. And on the other side even people defending the nexus can be completely messed up by swappers.

Im just writing what I think and im okay with everyone telling me the bad things about removing swappers - thats what it should be about. Just saying that im a nub and that i should just start to use swapper isnt an argument at all.

so i"ll say positives and negatives
positives : if u are a swapper u can grant ur team diamonds in the mid and farm getting ur self allot of xp later
if ur team gets targeted example : red team members target yellow team member in canyon in that case u cant farm xp and gold and emeralds OBVIOUSLY only if u wanna rage after u get killed mining simply take swapper out swap some nabs untill some of ur team are OP enough OR wait untill THEY are ready to "farm your team" take swapper and kill them revenge to what they did TO U AND UR TEAM
you can get invis to get swapped then know that there is some one in ur base then kick his butt xD
note : i noticed u said that swapper isnt fair cuz it swaps invis and that seem to be unfair BUT ! pyro's special can be used to find if there is invis in ur base or no ( i personally use it ) and it seemed more op then swapper's base swap
it can be used smartly to rush example i sneak watching the defender but most of the times they afk after a long time of watching if u notice they are actually afk swap him rush u'll do a great damage
negatives : it make you rage most of the times xD
u can get 2v1ed EZLY with it
u can get swapped while full prot IV dia to a 1 block bridge in canyon or any other map and .... ehmmm die !
it can be unfair in a way
..... i really cant find much negatives i had allot in my mind but i just lost the anni knowledge i think the biggest negative is being swapped while ur TOO DAMN OP

I don't think it would be removed

 

Use the ender furnace duh -.-! ( If you know what that means, apparently you played anni 2 months but you take this as an excuse...)

Use the crafting tables next to the ender furnace ( you probably know that it's protected after 2months of playing )

Ppl don't close mines to farm alone, they close it so that when someone mines the blocks in the entrance they hear him an turn around to see if he is a teammate or an enemy ( But really you were offended because someone closed a mine...)

Well I should agree with this point, you can totally hit your own team mates in anni...

We can sit here and give easy solution to every bs excuse you make so you can say why you hate swapper right away: " you're y cause you get killed by swappers and you're not experienced enough to counter it". Anni was played like this for more than a year and people were cool with swapper, so try learning from them instead of wanting the game to be played how you want it to be played. Try reading your posts again and think about how selfish it is to suggest removing a kit when you only played for 2 months while the majority of people on this thread are old anni players, more experienced than you, they give you alot of ways to counter swapper but you still make bs excuses...

 

Of course i know that there is an ender furnace, im just saying that people do that IF you use a normal furnace (like they stand around in every single mine, apparently for no reason)

I just stated my opinion. Swapper is OP, unraveling basic tactics and (unless you use a specific kit) hard to counter. I just dont see why "Just play swapper by yourself" or "play kit xy so you can counter" is supposed to be a valid solution. There is no other kit i need a "counter" for, except of swapper. Should i change my entire way of playing this game because of this kit? Well if I would it would be way less fun. Thats just my point And that has nothing to do with selfish, i suggested something and you react like i insulted your mother while i just thought im not the only one that hates this kit (in fact im not). And as you already said, you are just stuck in your habit and hating change

 

KK don't mind me you won't change your mind. Countering a kit with a specific kit is a valid solution, if all kits where equal, all kits can be countered by any other kit than there would be no need to buy kits, that's where anni fun is, if you just rely on pvp skills than it wouldn't be much different than potpvp or factions, instead you need to know how to use different kits to counter the enemy team. But hey, that not how you think, you want to choose a kit and stick with it and have an equal chance to beating anyone on the map regardless of his kit then that's your opinion. But Swapper isn't gettinf removed i'll tell you that. Gl thou

Then tell me which kit requires a specific kit to counter and is OP against you if you dont have this exact kit. You just tell bs, how about getting concrete?

Just a little update to the people saying that the range of swapping is limited: I got swapped from MY EMERALD MINE (red) to green's roof (Eyron Plains). Do i need any other evidence to clear up that this f*cking kit is op???

>Complete set of tools: Pickaxe,axe,shovel,and,shears(<----not really necessary).
>Teammates:Your teammates are very helpful when farming they can help you when you are swapped and other ways.
>Intelligence:You can try sniping the swapper far enough that the swapper can't reach you or just outsmart them.
