I just talked to a lot of people and basically everyone said the same: Swapper is unbalanced. Its mostly the only
Kit you can give someone a 100% K.O. with, which is absolutely ridicolous. A clever used swapper can dominate
mid completely. In my opinion there is no need for this kit in anni and it should be removed. I personally need
to say that i just noticed that at least 10 of my last 20 deaths were inflicted by swap traps. Thats not what
balance should look like, heh?

I just stopped playing Anni because of this single kit and as we can see in the ingame-chat the general frustration about this is high enough to justify deleting it.

btw: I know people that actively use the swapper kit will be against it, but guess what... i dont care.

Yeah, i would love a Kit where you start with sharp V dia sword too, its just not fair, and so is swapper. Its not about getting op by myself, its about having a fair game.

 

uhm they nerfed swapper and now in beta, IT SUCKS! i ask some people who use swapper and they also asked me if the swapper works because you can hardly swap anyone now, when you click to swap, it doesnt swap the person. so there from 100% KO it went down to atleast 20%

swapper is not too op @BloxDodgerPlus and i think some changes were already made to swapper in anni beta..

And players can also request locks -.-

Tbh, i would like it to be removed. Swapper is currently bugged so it doesn't work and wow, anni is great without it.
I don't think this will happen though, but i won't lock this.

Thats my point. You can abuse it in an extreme way. Swap Traps with lava, swapping trough walls and all that.

The only way to stop a Swapper is Swapper itself. Just use it to someone swap you to the wooden trap, boom you are out, they are back inside there (trade-swap).

 

+1 swapper is a game breaking kit for normal anni and for beta it is quite buggy,lets be honest people swapper is going to be unbalanced no mater what is done. Before you throw bs at me like use jumper to combat swapper think about this, NO ONE wants to be forced to use a kit they probably dont even like just to combat the overused swappers. currently normal anni has little diversity on kits, this means you see only a few types of kits being used which is very boring to fight the same old kits over and over,currently the majority of players use one of these 4 kits, scout,swapper,archer,acrobat(assassin is used fairly often but normally it is used for rushing). I have the swapper kit myself and I got to be honest its a kit that should have never been added in the first place because it was way to easy to take out full iron/diamond players at mid which not only pisses of the victems because of them losing there hard earned gear from just a swap trap with under hood teammates which makes it difficult to fight back, it also just makes anni feel like a waste of time for these people because of the time they took getting great gear to end up loosing it in a very unfair way. If you disagree with what I said about this reply to me with a LOGICAL argument instead of raging,swearing or throwing stupid comments at me.

This is why swapper is added on the game:
- to prevent farmers to farm/destroy the nexus [Annihilation focuses on other gameplay, such like rushing]
- get loot for team by swapping enemies [to make the team get resources for something they need, like gold pickaxe]
- Defend [swappers swap players who gets near from the nexus]
- etc. [idk...? >.>]

Also, maybe think first if swapper is going to be removed

 

Its not just to stop farms its also to annoy people + Succubus,scorp and cat can easily end farms

 

25k exp? so the person can choose a new kit? I dont understand why people need to bother about such trifles.

And why should farmers be prevented? Farming does not make you overpowered, 3 guys with leather stuff can still take you out. And I think a farmer should be rewarded with the ability to NOT die like flies. And nobody ever said the game is based on rushing, its the mixture between rushing and good-equipped people.

About getting loot for your team: You can just kill them, you know that? Trapping them so they have absolutely no chance is ridiculous. If you want to get gear for your team, team up and look for players you can take out. Thats how it should work.

And last but not least: You are talking about teamplay. I think we are playing on different servers man. There is barely ANY teamgame in annihilation. People even steal every little bit of sh*t like an anvil or some iron if they have the chance to.

Its basically the only kit that allows you to take out players that are waaaay stronger than you, which generally sucks.

 

i think it should be removed, for example a guy making p4-3 dia armor and gapples and frikin potions for the firs 40 mins and at the next second a swapper swaps u in the void... not cool this kit is annoying AF.

 

Can we just like nerf swapper? Or is it already nerfed?
Example: you can only swap full iron/diamond... Nah jk
