First it is due to the lack of people that actually have the rights to do so, and also because even if you can write the plugin in two days, you still need to implement it, troubleshoot, and test the whole thing together. All of this needs to be done while keeping an eye on the server itself. Because GC has bought machines for the servers, a lot of time is needed to maintain them. Just bringing all the proxies online takes a lot of time. I just wanted you to know that making the plugin is not really difficult, but finding time to restart the server, put the plugin in and troubleshoot is a real problem. I hope this cleared your mind a little. Great idea though.
