-Chances of getting effect is now 1/20 (5%), and mining Fatigue is increased to 2 < - don't compliment on this, since you can give those effect to enemies 1/20
-Weakness increased to (00:12); it was (00:08)

thia kit would be good in middle getting diamonds in case of scorpio's and other kits. if they scorp you they wont have time to kill you before u get teleported back to yuor base.

I think I'm one of the only people on Guildcraft who made a post and actually got their kit accepted, but this one is a really good one too (nobody actually likes mutant, but whatever, it still got accepted).
