    These are just a small nerf...
    It's not like giving it perm speed II or 5 heart dmg spec like cat.

    Scout used to be op when it doesn't take fall dmg b4 but now it sux. I never use scout as it sux. They should really buff it a little bit
    to balance the power of the kits. You won't know what scout used to be if you are not an old player...
