You dont know what GC anni ad is

 

I've already made suggestions like this a long time ago but it seems that no one has implemented or even try to.
@aXed you need to give a damn about the server because you either do but you don't show or you just don't care at all. That's the simple truth. I've never seen you once online interacting with players. Obviously I saw you in staff chat and everything but not interacting with players.
I've also been trying to do everything to make the experience of everyone better but each and every day is only 24h and not 48h and I can't prioritize GuildCraft over school and life. Now, I'm not 100% inactive or even 50%. Since there's many staff that's playing in Minecraft (and I'm bored of MC at the moment), and there isn't many people working behind the scenes, I figured that I would work on behind the scenes stuff. What I'm trying to say is that I think many staff don't get motivated because there's also other staff that make you disencouraged by saying "you're ungrateful" and bla bla. I don't know, I really think this server should be more professional and less bad than it is. Not trying to bash and shit on GuildCraft, that's just the facts. That isn't to say that this server is total shit, I've never seen even a premium server with the stuff GuildCraft has. It's that unique. It's just underrated and managed by unmotivated and few RARE idiotic people.
