Do you think they should be more options to choose from the Support Ticket?

    Support Tickets.

    Support tickets allow you to get support for purchase issues, forgotten passwords etc. These two are the main departments for the support ticket. This would not only benefit the user from having more options to select from but they could also add the option of the user to choose "Other" and they could specify the issue which the support ticket will be written for. This is better for the users of the forums to have other reasons to make a support ticket.

    In my opinion the disadvantages of having this is that the users will abuse the power of having the option to have more departments to select in the support ticket.

    This will have a good idea. Hope you give me feedback on this idea of mine.

    I'd think it would be a better idea moving 'Report a player', 'Unban Requests' and 'Server Bugs/Glitches' to the Support Ticket System.

    Yes this would be an absolute great idea. Not only would this allow more options but it will also allow staff and admins to take care of the issues faster instead of the staff and/or admins looking through forums to find the post :D
