He doesn't hack at all.
You can see his elo is high and he didn't hack. He comboed you
Also his ping might have been better than yours

 

Don't react on reports you are not involved in please @ people above, tagging aXed is useless, he doesn't have to deal with hacker reports.

You obviously got comboed, it might help if you get out of his straightline instead of staying on the same line without strafing, you are literally standing still / not hitting at some point in the video (and you even have a bow and arrow in your inventory, come on..)

As CyberHazard said, ping could also be a factor.

 

he was lagging you can see at video and his ping was bad my bars was 5 without spikes dude hes hacking but in a way that no one notice if you play against him you will know what i mean
