i got tpa killed by someone (vakos) on skyblock he said he wanted me to help him with something so I tpa(ed) to him and he killed me

I begged the staff to do anything and they did nothing I got video prof of him killing me and the staff ignoring me please axed notice this

Advice get new staff

Plus, you keep saying we did not do anything. we CANT check how you died.

 

Firstly yea will take it as the guy tp-killed and he is dealt with as with the standard procedure of forum reports.

Secondly, as you can see in the chat of your video that at the same time where you asked for help, there was another player who requested help. Our staff positions do in fact require us to help everyone in need but we cant just simply help everyone at the same time. As in your video,@UchihaSamy did in fact asked you what your issue was and u just simply said and i quote"Aren't you gonna do something about it?" How are we going to help you if don't want to provide details on what the situation was?
I understand that yes the guy has broken the rules but we aren't you, so we wont know what just happened to you.Plus staff are constantly busy with their personal matter irl and ig, so please understand and if something similar to staff not being able to answer to your request you can just simply report it in the forums and we will deal with it.
