No offence but I think that you've never coded before. Giving the same speed to a horse uses the same mechanics of giving speed (1) to dragon...

I think that they most probably intended to make random speeds to spawn with for Horse "tammer" and it's not a bug imo.

Change log: Completely changed the special Replaced the golden sword with an Iron sword with Sharpness I Added protection I to chestplate Health...
Made it more balanced to meet its cost.
