I had an account named Kreuzbergcity36 and today I heard about the reset & events so I want to play with my account. Before I did not bother about that but now I want to play here. I tried many times to get in the game but I couldn't remember my password. You can ask me some security questions about my account. I will answer them all. You need to make a support ticket here; https://www.guildcraft.org/support/open
In the "Department" select "Forgotten server password", then fill in all of the information needed, and click on "Open". Once you've done that please be patient and wait for a response. You will be given a new password that you can change after you log in.
