Ender man spawners are higher value so it wouldn't make sense to add it into a vote crate as then it would loose its value
Enderman spawners are currently useless tho, because you can't really do anything with them, since u can't build a proper grinder with them, but I agree it would probably lower they're value too much. I don't know if Creeper spawners are useful so I can't really give my opinion to this, although I think they thought about what they are going to add to the Vote Crates and so on. ~ WitheredToast aka.
