They go through the ones submitted first them move up to the newer ones. You will just have to be patient.

Your ticket is a 'buycraft' issue - this means only aXed himself can deal with the transaction and help you out. He has lots of tickets to deal with at the moment so please be patient.

Please do not reply onto your ticket, or try to bump your ticket - aXed deals with these oldest first, so it'll take longer for a response if you bump it up.

Ok, but to be critically honest. This is by far the worst service i have ever received. You can clearly see the lack of work and motivation. aXed has run a successful server here, the average amount of concurrent players have dropped significantly over the passed year/months. Lets be honest here the only reason he has so many tickets to handle just shows you, he clearly doesn't care. For the few that still play and support your server shouldn't be treated like this. Having to wait for something so simple which can be fixed in a matter of minutes usually takes months? I'm sorry? Only reason this server is still active is because of the people that still enjoy it(and for the few helpful staff), nowadays that is rare and this server should've been done'zo ages ago. You have a good community here, but you are/have ruined it by simply not caring. I would understand getting tired of working on a minecraft server for as long as you did & how tiring and stressful it must be, Minecraft obviously isn't as popular anymore, but that doesn't mean completely lacking off and throwing away all the hard work you have put in. You have seen this time & time again, but we see no improvement whatsoever. This will probably go unheard & ignored like the others that have been saying this for ages now.

At least start listening to your community & appreciate the people that still play on the server & Support your server financially

I bought a title for someone in my fac and still nothing I also made a support ticket....I agree the service is bad the server is good but staff...........
