    Said Payment conpleted but where is the title twice happened to me 1st is in survival now in prison i just want to buy the title but it wont come to me will i make a support ticket again...
    HELP!!

    Check if you were charged.
    If you were, and still did not receive the purchased item, make a support ticket.
    If you weren't, the transaction did not go through.

    Check the spelling of the username you entered before purchase, I'm sure it's cap sensitive

    Hello @bobcat172nd,
    The screenshot you've provided shows that the payment has processed, but there's several factors which can occur before the transaction has fully been processed. Here are some which could be applicable for you.

    • Transaction hasn't gone through your desired payment method.
    The transaction could have been processed, but not visible on your bank statement. You may not have been charged, and if this is the case then the transaction is void hence why you haven't been charged, nor received your purchase.

    • Incorrect spelling of username
    Any slight spelling mistake for your username (It's CaSe SeNsITivE) can lead to the transaction being incomplete.


    However, if you have been charged, you will need to make a support ticket here explaining your situation.

    Click: 'Submit New Ticket'
    Department: 'Store Related Issues'


    It would be best to describe which payment method you used, what you bought and if you have a Transaction ID. These are key features to add in your ticket.
    As only aXed (the owner) can deal with these tickets personally, you must wait for his response. DO NOT bump your ticket as they are dealt with oldest first.

    My chosen payment method is G2A Pay and i just bought a 2 title but i didn't received it.. How to know the Transaction ID and i put my username right
    My money goes down to my mastercard So i think it's right?

    You will get a mail of Guildcraft, with transaction ID ..

    Like Xeph said, create a support ticket and wait on a reply.

    Example of the mail you will get:

    This is the best proof you can get ^^

    aXed will check the transaction ID, and minecraft ingame name. And he will reply your support ticket. (Can created by clicking here: https://www.guildcraft.org/support/).

    Didn't you get that mail like above ? ..
    Then just go to your bank overview. And check the payment information. Isn't there any payment information about your donation to guildcraft? Try to donate again..

    EDIT #1:

    There is a transaction ID in the link of your webbrowser so if you didn't got any mail of guildcraft, you can copy that transaction ID in your support ticket (Without - or _ ).
    Even is YOUR screenshot not enough proof.

    EDIT #2:

    Your minecraft username, you've filled in is right.

    Create a ticket here: https://www.guildcraft.org/support/
    And copy your transaction ID to it..
