i have a premium acc and when i changed my name it won't let me play saying i have 3 accounts on my ip, 2 of them are cracked accounts and the other one is my old name (ILikeC00kies_) my name rn is piecs and i wanna play but its not letting me and i can't access the cracked accounts and i don't wanna change my name back, what do i do??
Hello @pablo_plush, Seems like you're in a bit of a sticky situation at the moment regarding your accounts. Here is a few methods you can use; As stated above, you could use a VPN to register your new account onto the server from your behalf. You could try and change your current IP Address. If you have a Dynamic IP, you could always restart and refresh your router to gain a new IP to try and play on. There is also some free services for VPN's such as Windscribe, even though they have limited amount of servers it provides protection and is useful if you just need an IP to connect to our server. This could also be another possibility. Use a cracked launcher to unregister your accounts on the server. If you are able to remember the IGN's, you can manually unregister the accounts on your IP so you can continue playing, thats if you remember the password. You can do this by; 1 - Log into GuildCraft with the in-game name you request to be deleted/removed. 2 - Type in /unregister in the main lobby. 3 - This will then tell you to type in /login <your password for that account>. (This is for security measurements due to the auto-login system) 4 - Then type in /unregister <password for your account>. 5 - It should then say "You are no longer registered" If you don't remember the password however, you'd need to make a support ticket to reset the password here Press Submit New Ticket Department; Forgotten Server Password You must await for a Head-Admin+ to help you reset your password, and here is a link for useful password tips when you are able to join back onto the Network - click here BUT if you cannot remember the names of these accounts, the best chance is to make a support ticket and explain your situation in as much detail as possible. Explain regarding the names you've had beforehand, year you were playing in and perhaps try referencing the IP you may have used? The person who answers your support ticket will help out as much as they can.
